Day 3 of Thankfulness
Day 3 of Thankfulness ✨💛
Today I am THANKFUL for a new day! NOV 3,2020 Things aren't perfect, but I'm here, which tells me I have a purpose. I am thankful for endurance to keep running this race. Someone somewhere didn't wake up this morning, so guess what?! Today is another chance for me to get it right. Take time today to remember to start where you are at and do what you can. Not only will this benefit you buy someone else's blessing is also tied to your obedience. Walk in your purpose and be all that God has called you to be.
This brings me to the next reason I am thankful today. I am so grateful for the small things, the things some of us may take for granted, but initially, these are the things that hold us all together: the friendly smile, the hug, or sweet words. You never know how you can change the course of someone's day. In a world filled with so much hate, be a light! Let God's light shine through you.
I am also thankful that the power of prayer changes things. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against spirits, powers and principalities, and the darkness of this world! Take a moment and remember our words are powerful. Life and death are in the power of the tongue. Speak right, declare that no matter what, we know that God is still large and in charge. Don't walk in fear; instead, use your voice, exercise your right, and vote. Trust that no matter what happens, we are gone be alright! Nothing catches God by surprise.
Lastly, I am thankful for Change! We live in a world that is forever changing but guess what It's not always a bad thing. Sometimes change causes us to stand alone, feel alone, and question if we have made the right decisions regarding our lives, but sometimes you have to be able to stand alone and stand apart to get to where you are going.
So be the change, be the difference, and set yourself apart.
I thank you, Lord, that this day you refresh me. You renew me. I invite you in, into every part of my life. Have your way. Move in me like never before—less of me and more of you.
In Jesus's name, I pray. Amen
As always we pray that you are endeavoring to live a bold, free and faithful life in Christ! Have a blessed day and remember no matter what God has us right in the palm of his hand!
