International Women’s Day & Self-Care
Hey B.F.F. Sisters, we hope that you've had a chance to check out our new blog post last week under the Mommy Lifestyle tab. It is National Women's History Month, and all month long, we would like to highlight the contributions of notable and ordinary women who have paved the way for us to be extraordinary women. As you already know, remarkable women don't become extraordinary over night.
So as your B.F.F's, we also want to encourage you to set time aside to take care of yourself. As women who are wives, mothers, sisters, students, and ect.. we must take time out of our busy lives to take care of OUR bodies and OUR minds and what better way to do so than attending Wichitas very own International Women's Day Self-Care Tips & Ideas. Self-care is empowering and one of my sisters in Christ Shana Chivon Stephens will be one of the speakers at this event, and this is what she had to say:
